REPORT DAMAGE

Yesterday two technicians appeared out the front of our place. Neither had uniforms displaying the company they were with, nor did the Hiace service van they were in.

They were digging near the Telstra marked pit and damaged the cable and said they were going to have to call in Telstra to fix the problem. One of them re-appears before 0700 this morning, putting a yellow fence around the pit. They also must have used a locator as they had put paint marking on the telco lines and water lines entering our property.

We had not reported a fault to have this work done.

We contacted Telstra to report the damage and 260 minutes later we had an operator tell us to report the fault with NBN. We called NBN and they asked to have the photos sent to them but to call TPG as they are our service provider and they need to report the damage. We call TPG and get nowhere as they only have a decrepit chat service.

So that brings us here.

The property address is:

79 Elizabeth Street, Castlemaine, 3450, Victoria.
