I had a technician attend my property last month, wire up HFC & the NBN modem and advised me that I should be online active connected within 48hrs.
This did'nt happen and I'm awaiting a technician to re-attend and rectify this.
My modem is in the downstream search stage (for 2 weeks now), does anyone have an east way of me connecting or will I have to wait for the technician
Hi @rickjames, we can see that a technician has been booked for Thursday, 14 February 2019, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
The NBN Technician will check everything to ensure that the service will be activated on the said date and you will receive further updates via email regarding this.
