I recently had the need to cancel my usual payment method via Visa card due to a lost/stolen card. I have since provided a bank account to have amounts due to be paid by direct debit. Maybe it is taking a short while for the new account details to go through you system, but I would like to inform you that I have provided the information and I do not want my NBN connnection to be lost.
