Really Slow Upload Speeds

Hi, I am experiencing really slow upload speeds. Download is fine at approx 11mbps, upload is about 0.7mbps. Nothing has been changed on the router.

The NBN12 plan that you are on has a maximum of 12Mbps downstream and 1Mbps upstream. The speeds you are getting are spot on for your plan.
