Recent installation of NBN but still no connection

The technician was around this morning to connect NBN to my home. Two hours later the internet light on the modem has still no lit up and I can’t connect any of my devices.
How long post installation should I be able to access the internet?

Usually all the modems TPG sends out are preconfigured with your details.

From memory mine took 20 minutes to get online so in ur case alittle strange.

You may have reset the modem which wiped the settings from it.

1. Go to 192.168.1.1 in ur browser
2. admin for username and pwd
3. Put in the username and password for your connection
