How do TPG reconnect your internet after disconnecting my current house and connecting internet to my new house, even tho NBN hasn’t been to finish the connection at the new house? I just want internet at my current house, I spent 1 hour and 4 different people trying to explain to them that we communicated to them we don’t move till the 18th, NBN won’t be there to run the cables till the 23rd and we don’t want internet cut to the house we are still at, but they have done it, how frustrating, anyone else had this issue?
