Recurring connection drop outs (ppp3 Timeout waiting for PADO packets)

I have been experiencing continuous connection drop out since the purchase of the service (19/Sep/2019).

Technicians were sent out but never fully fixed the problem.

Support was quite keen to close the ticket #987967 and eventually closed the ticket when I was travelling overseas (18/Oct/2019).

For my profession, I sometimes have to work from home providing emergency remote support during odd hours and therefore a non-reilable connection is really not acceptable.

We apologise for the inconvenience.

 

It appears that you were able to get in touch with our Tech team and the case is now with our Engineers.

 

They've escalated the case with NBN Co and it seems that there's an issue within the NBN network that affected your service.

 

They are investigating the issue, but no ETR (estimated time of restoration) was given to us.

 

Your assigned Engineer is monitoring the case and will provide you with updates as soon as it becomes available.
