Red Optical Light On on my NBN Modem

Good evening,

My internet has been down since 10am this morning.

I have an NBN50 plan with TPG, using FTTP.

The optical light is red.

The NBN Co. site says that we are not experiencing outages in my area.

I have been told that I can let a moderator here know, and they can look into this for me.

Thank you for any help with this.
