I am XXXXXHuyền Tran- customer ID XXXXXXX.
I am a new customer and was expected get the internet quickly and smoothly. I got the nBN activation rather quick but we had a trouble while connect to NBN box- the issue is the light of optical on NBN box is red it means NBN fiber line doesn’t work.
I called all the afternoon but I didn’t get any answer and any instructions from technicians
Please fix my NBN and send a technician to my property to fix it.
