Red connection light blinking on nbn box

Hi there, 

My internet was very slow then tried to reset my internet device. After that i have lost my internet connection. no network outages in this area.

Nbn box:

Power sign -blue

Connection light red

Dsl light off

Lan light off

Called technical support but couldnt get in touch. Its been 24 hours no internet. Any help?
