Get online support
The power was off for a wheile today and after that the internet connection from NBN was lost. The red flashing light link light is on in teh NBN FTTC box. I 've reset the FTTC box using teh reset button on the side and I've also tried switchning the power off for a while then turning it back on. I have checked if there any NBN outages in teh area and there aren't.
Could TPG give me some support please.
