Red optical light on nbn box.

My nbn box has red optical light.
My uni-d1 is flashing green.
No internet or phone working. Help.

I've manage to locate your account using your Community details. 


Remote tests showed that there is no signal being detected on the line. Thus, I have raised this issue to our Engineering Team for assistance. Updates will be provided via phone call or SMS. 


For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
