I have called hundreds of times to get this very easy problem solved. But it still hasn’t been resolved. And now no one answers the phone.
Please refund my money for the cancelled 5G home broadband plan. I am not going to pay for your mistake!
And this is your agent promised to me on Friday 14/06/2024! But no one pick up the phone now!
Shame on you!!!
