Refund

I sent an email regarding refund for days which I couldnt use NBN for. About 2 weeks ago, my NBN stopped suddenly and it took about 2 weeks. I asked for the refund and sent an email but i didnt get a reply at all. When I talked to one of the engineer on the phone, she confirmed that I will be able to get refund for those days. How come I dont get any reply about the issue?
