The amount 199.94 was deducted last 19 March 2020. The modem was sent but there was no communication with NBN installation. I moved form belong ADSL to TPG NBN . Since covid 19 came, i work from home 100% of the time. I had no belong internet and no TPG NBN installation notice. I asked my application to be cancelled and they told me to just return the modem. I returned the modem a monyth ago as per attached details. I still havent received the refund.
Could you please let me know when will I receive the refund?
