I was chatting with Anessa yesterda about this issue. She said that my claim has been escalated already to the right party and someone will ring me within 24 hours to 48 hrs, a standard answer I always get. But as expected, no one called up to now. I hate to say that TPG just wanted to keep my money without providing service. Really frustrating and disappointing.
