Relocate NBN

I am getting a carport built and the installer has asked if I can move the NBN connection to the house outside in case the above ground cable can be damaged by the carport. Is this possible & if so how much?

The type of request will need to be raised to NBN Co as their technician are the only ones allowed to work on the infrastructure as well as the line.

Our apologies for not being in contact with you regarding your request yesterday. For your convenience, we've had it coordinated with our NBN Provisioning and Engineering team and they strongly recommended to contact NBN directly. Please know that if you need the lines outside the premises to be re-routed, it will be NBN to do the work. Whilst if it’s the lines inside your house and NTD, a 3rd party licensed telecom tech can do it.
