Our apologies for not being in contact with you regarding your request yesterday. For your convenience, we've had it coordinated with our NBN Provisioning and Engineering team and they strongly recommended to contact NBN directly. Please know that if you need the lines outside the premises to be re-routed, it will be NBN to do the work. Whilst if it’s the lines inside your house and NTD, a 3rd party licensed telecom tech can do it.
