Hi, i have been trying to sort out my new address for the last couple of days.. i have already tried it online but it when i follow the instructions step by step, it takes me through the whole process again and tells me it will send out a modem to my old address.. i am contacting you to sort this out please. If this cant be done for me, i want to cancel please as i am not going to pay for a service i cant use.
