Remembered contacts

Hi - I'm trying to use the tpg mail client to manage my tpg email address having previously used Eudora. 

I have managed to import my contacts however notice that within the contacts there is a subsection entitled "Remembered" which the names in this folder seem to "autofill" in the "To" box when sending an email. Unfortunately I only have 1-2 contacts in this folder (meaning other names do not autofill) and so would obviously like to add more but have no idea how to do this.

Appreciate any assistance.
