You may terminate the Service by giving us at least 30 days written notice. You must pay for charges for the service up to the end of the notice period.
You cancel your Service before the end of your Minimum Contract Period, you will be required to pay the early termination charges as described in this service description.

Hi there, I requested to cancel my nbn service and take into effect on 30/03/2022 since last month. I am concerned my sevice will be charged again. Please advise how it was processed. Cheers
