Request for termination
Immediately cancel my TPG NBN account. As in, right the ** now. From this date, the 26/03/2020.​

I asked for termination.
I will not use it anymore.
I have reported a number of breakdowns.
You haven't come, you haven't answered, you haven't seen your mail! Refund my April fee! I am exhausted.
Previously, I couldn't use the Internet for a month because of a malfunction.

You are not capable.

I have already signed a contract  with another company and already using the internet of another company.
Since you have no online mechanism, here's

  ACCC law requires the provision of the ability to cancel/unsubscribe from services at any time when outside contract.

Cancel it now. DO NOT CHARGE ME AGAIN.
