Our internet has been not working since yesterday. Someone called a few hours after I reported the fault, The message is fuzzy, can’t work out what the call back number is. I call the technical service and they are not responding till 9am today. I call at 9 and am on hold for 20 min till I give up. The customer service is so poor.
