Hi there,
I called up earlier this week to cancel my TPG 5g Broadband plan. The representative I spoke to on the phone said that she would send me an email with all the postage stickers for me to stick on teh box to return the modem back to TPG after the call. I have not received this email yet.
Can you please tell me when you will send this as I do not want to pay a fee for not returning the modem.

We can confirm that the cancellation request has been received by our Accounts Specialists Team. The cancellation will commence at the end of the billing cycle of the service.
