Hi,

Once I cancelled the internet service, your team advised me I should return a modem.

However I have not got any information ,such as the address of returning, so far.

Please advise me how to return the modem.Thx.

A return label will be emailed to you when your account gets cancelled. Send us a private message with your TPG customer ID and we'll check on the status.
