Returning 5G hardware is a nightmare

I had to return 5G modem by  the 21st of December 2022 (today).

I did that on the 1st of December 2022, but EVERY SINGLE Wednesday I get notification that I must return hardware with a warning of getting $612 fine for not returning.

EVERY SINGLE Wednesday I spend about an hour waiting in line and talking to support guys and EVERY SINGLE Wednesday I get the same response:

"We've already received the hardware, ignore email/sms and YOU WON'T RECEIVE NEW NOTIFICATIONS regarding that again"

Guess what? Today is Wednesday, last day to return the modem. And guess what? I've received the notification again.

WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT FROM ME? God **, TPG, every issue I have with you takes about 2-3 calls to resolve, I know that you're not good at that, but this... I have no idea how to make you fix the issue on your side, I'm f***ng tired already.
