Ridiculous slow NBN speed

Hows this for superfast 100 lol?

Is this a joke? Just upgraded to SUPERFAST speed 100MBps plan and after being notified the change has been made looks like this is as good as it gets. Can't even get anywhere near an acceptable speed for the 50/20 plan. NBN sucks big time.
