I received this text the other day from TPG:
Service Message: From 18/02/2021, we are changing your internet plan to the nbn Home Superfast plan for 6 months. This plan offers faster potential speeds but your monthly access fee will not change. We have sent you an email containing more details, or you can call us on 13 14 23.
However, nothing has changed in terms of access speeds, or the plan listed in my account's plan page.
Can someone help?
Same problem for me, was supposed to begin on the 18th but I'm still fixed to 50mbps

The NBN Speed Gift project is ongoing still and on trial currently. We'd love to help check the status of the NBN Free boost and raise this to our Account Specialists, please shoot me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
