Get online support

SMS messages telling me my payment was unsuccessful. But resolved yesterday.

I was phoning TPG yesterday about creditcard details not being updated. This was for Mobile account. I was told it was resolved. Today I get a text message telling me payment was unsuccessful. Exactly same CC details on both NBN and Mobile. Please get your act together and some sending me worrying spam.

Reviewing online. payment isn't even due until February.
