SMTP valid hostname

Hi, 

I tried to set up small mail server from my NAS but got some trouble with SMTP hostname

	SMTP Valid Hostname	Reverse DNS is not a valid Hostname
	SMTP Reverse DNS Mismatch	OK - 220.240.XXX.XXX resolves to oxxxxxx.com.au

Is anything can be done to appoint a valid Hostname? From my understanding this set up shoud be done on ISP side, innit?
