why does my internet keep dropping out? we are continually having to reset the modem and it still drops out

Our tests show that your connection has been stable for the past days. We did detect 3 dropouts today, but these could have been due to the reboots you've performed. To have a better understanding on what's affecting your service, can you clarify the following:

  • Do you lose connection on all devices or just specific ones?
  • What happens to the lights on the modem when you lose the connection?
  • Are all your devices connected via WIFI?
  • Is there a computer that you can connect to the modem via ethernet to test if the main issue is WIFI-related only?
