Hi, I am using TPG 5G and have been issued with the Sagemcom 5866T. The device is currently experiencing frequent drop outs. I have been told that the only way to get updated firmware is directly from TPG. Is a moderator able to contact me on this request?

Let us help check what causing dropouts with the connection and rectify this. What devices are affected and what troubleshooting have you taken so far?
