Sagemcom F@5866 firewall

Hi,

I'm a new TPG 5G home customer and so far it has been great. Getting good speed and support from TPG team.

 

I have a question regarding firewall on the Sagemcom F@5866 device. I have turned off firewall and enabled ping however I cannot connect or ping to the router from other networks over IPv6. Have got working IPv6 on non-TPG source side network from where I'm doing a ping or connect to services.

I understand that IPv4 to the device won't work due to NAT.

 

Device is running firmware version SGJy100230

WAN address used for ping is under - internetConnectivity -> IPv6 -> IPv6 Address

 

Same behaviour for LAN devices that have IPv6 address from the modem. They can't be reached from outside network.

Is there a mobile network firewall outside the device that might be blocking the access?
