I have a fibre upgrade from FTTN to FTTP last month. I am very happy that the connection is much faster than before.
However, I slowly realised that there is frequent lost internet connection each lasting for less than a minute. The lights on my modem router were always switched on throughout.
Can you please advise me what I can do?
