Hi,   I have post this same request for help earlier but the response has died down.   I am now still having the issue of having intermittent internet dropout. When there is a dropout, I looked at the lights on my modem and they are all still lighted up. As I have mentioned earlier, the dropouts are brief and random. Using an ethernet cable seems to be better than wireless. The dropouts can be experienced across different devices. For example, when watching youtube video on the TV, there would be moments when the video just pause for a while.   Please help me out here. ... View more

I could not get internet. The lights on my modem are lighted up normal but I don't get internet on my connected devices like phones. Instead there was a message to tell me to "Sign in to the network", just like you connecting to the free wifi at the airports ... View more

Hi, I am using a TP-LINK Model: VX220-G2v modem router. Last night there was a loud thunder and it has suddenly stop working. I hold the modem and it was hot to the touch.
