Hi, after upgrading from FTTN to FTTP, I slowly realised that there is frequent lost internet connection each lasting for less than a minute. It happens many times in a day. Can you please advise me what I can do? Thank you!

Hi, I have a fibre upgrade from FTTN to FTTP last month. I am very happy that the connection is much faster than before. However, I slowly realised that there is frequent lost internet connection each lasting for less than a minute. The lights on my modem router were always switched on throughout. Can you please advise me what I can do? Thank you!

I could not get internet. The lights on my modem are lighted up normal but I don't get internet on my connected devices like phones. Instead there was a message to tell me to "Sign in to the network", just like you connecting to the free wifi at the airports

Hi, I am using a TP-LINK Model: VX220-G2v modem router. Last night there was a loud thunder and it has suddenly stop working. I hold the modem and it was hot to the touch. No lights flashing on the modem even when switched on. When the modem has cooled down, I powered it up again and it got warmed up, still without the lights. Need your help please!

Hi, My TP-LINK Archer VR1600v modem router has been rebooting itself continously. I could not get any wifi signal. I have hooked it up to my computer using the ethernet cable but before I can log into the device, it reboots itself again. Please advise me what can I do. Thank you!

Hi BasilDV... I am using both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. Download speeds have been slow lately, and it wasn't like this previously. Previously, the wireless download speed could reach to 10Mbps. The modem router has been in one place all the while and has not been moved. When I am using wireless wifi, the internet speeds are slow, down to 3Mbps. When using ethernet cable, the speeds are alright. Thank you!

Hi, I am using the TP-LINK AC1600v modem router. Lately, I have been performing internet speedtest: Wireless download speed is 3Mbps Wireless upload speed is 14Mbps on my 50Mbps plan. When I connect using ethernet cable: Download speed is 45Mbps Upload speed is 18Mbps Is there anything wrong with my modem router? Thanks!
