Is there an internet outage?

I could not get internet. The lights on my modem are lighted up normal but I don't get internet on my connected devices like phones. Instead there was a message to tell me to "Sign in to the network", just like you connecting to the free wifi at the airports

Hi @coolblizz, a power restart on the modem might do the trick. You can also try to forget the network and connect your devices again.
