I want to terminate my internet service since i am moving out to new house from 26 January 2020. What should I do?

I'm sorry to hear that you wish to discontinue your service with us.

 

Since you mentioned that you're moving to a different address, if you're amenable, we can relocate your service to the new location instead. Let us know if you prefer a service relocation.

 

For us to endorse your concern to the relevant team, please PM us the following details:

  • Customer ID or username of the account you wish to cancel or relocate
  • Best Contact number
  • Preferred time for a call

I decided to go with another provider, thus please proceed with my account/service termination by 26 January 2020 :

Customer ID or username of the account you wish to cancel or relocate

  • Best Contact number : 0402xxxxxxx
  • Preferred time for a call : anytime, sooner is better

Hi,

 

I have been waiting for a call from your team at designated time, however up until this morning i havent got any call yet. How long i supposed to wait and get my account closed?
