Get online support
Hey There,
I have a static IP address with the TPG business plan. I'm running a email server and would like to set the rDNS record to mail.artemisgroup.au. This is necessary for security and to avoid being listed on spam blacklists.
I've tried calling support and no one seems to know how to address my concern. I just keep getting bounded around departments.
Any help setting this configuration parameter would be appreciated.
