LED indicators for 2.4G, 5G and internet on the modem are all constantly lit up
Unable to go online.
NBN website does not state any outage at address.

something about please manually configuring DNS, however manually configuring DNS to usable DNS address did not solve issue
Diagnostics:
two passes, however Network Connection Status Inspect (NCSI) has returned fail
Dont think TPG account is behind on any payments, and is most likely not any payment issue as internet has been cut in the middle of a billing period.
