The replacement modem/router is already pre-configured and should start working after you connect it.
If it's for DSL/VDSL, then you need to connect the modem/router using a phone cable/rj11 from the DSL/VDSL socket of the modem/router to the phone wall socket.
If you are still not able to get the internet to work, please send us a private message with your account details.
