Sites Blocked by TPG??

Dear Sir/Madam,

I previously can connect to the following website:

www.baidu.com

pan.baidu.com

However not today, i been trying whole day today and cannot connect with the following error message.

This site can’t be reached

www.baidu.com’s server IP address could not be found.

• Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

It's fine using my phone as hotspot. Please fix it ASAP.

Thanks for raising this to us. We'd like to confirm if you're still having issues accessing the website, if so we'd like to know the troubleshooting have done and send us your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
