Slow 5G home broadband

Hi, I received my 5G modem yesterday and hooked it up hoping for a good alternative to our patchy NBN.

SO slow it is unusable. Have tried troubleshooting steps. Currently hovering just above 1 MBPS.

I can't seem to send PMs on here either.
