Slow ADSL+2 unlimitted in Marrickville

Hello,

My internet has been really slow for the last 2 weeks. Can't barely watch a video on youtube or chat withpeople online. My speed test tells me it's 2mbps when it used to be 10mbps.

What can I do to fix it?

Thanks for raising this to us. We noticed that the speed test is still in progress when the screen shot was taken. Would it be possible for us to get the actual speed test result for additional reference?

I talked on the phone directly and apparently my line has been dmg and a technician is coming to fix it next week.
