Hi TPG support.
The speeds are down only getting 3.7mgps which is not enough to watch Foxtel or Youtube without constant buffering.
Had a technician come to the house and send the phone lines inside and outside is fine.

I've checked the account and the technician is right, there's no evident fault on the copper network. I've made some adjustments and can see that the modem is now getting a good sync speed of 5144Kbps Downstream and 1020Kbps Upstream.
I've reviewed the notes and learned that you have a phone connected along with your modem as well. Is that right? Have you tried to isolate your modem by disconnecting the splitter and phone?
Are you able to provide some troubleshooting that you've already done?
