I am with the ADSL2+ Unlimited with home phone plan. Today my internet speeds suddenly became very slow and my home phone receiver is showing the "Check TEL Line" message. I can neither make nor receive calls with it and all I can hear is a static noise.
This is the exact same problem that I encountered some 2 months back. Could you please kindly help me with this?

I am sorry to know that you're having difficulty with your connection speed. I ran initial tests on your service and it shows multiple dropouts but no line fault were found.
