Get online support
The last three days the internet has been extremely slow. I have done the TPG speed test and the maximum download speed it 0.7 mbps. The Upload test errors due to a socket error. I have disabled all firewal/antivirus software, power cycled the router 3 times and restarted the computer.
Only been with TPG for 3 weeks now which isn't promising.
Any help would be appreciated.

Our Engineering team was trying to contact you, but you were unreachable.
They've requested for a Telstra technician to investigate the fault that they've detected on the copper line. You'll be notified via SMS or call once an update is available.
