Slow Internet

Hi

I have had slow to non existing connection for over a week now in Elanora Heights, NSW 2101. I have turned off and turned on the modem several times, nothing helps, I cant reach anybody of TPG on the phone. Modem is from TPG and verz new. This happens so many times I am about to cancel the account its so annoying. I want to be able to reach a costumer service person. Can someone please contact me. Thanks

I checked your account using your community details. From what I gathered, you contacted us yesterday regarding the same concern. I can see here that we have engaged Telstra to address the line fault we detected and an SMS was already sent to you providing details as to when Telstra will check your service.
