Hi I have had slow to non existing connection for over a week now in Elanora Heights, NSW 2101. I have turned off and turned on the modem several times, nothing helps, I cant reach anybody of TPG on the phone. Modem is from TPG and verz new. This happens so many times I am about to cancel the account its so annoying. I want to be able to reach a costumer service person. Can someone please contact me. Thanks   ... View more
