Get online support
Im confused... I had NBN 50 and tested with ookla (ethernet cable connection) this deleivered and speeds were approx. 27Mbps.Yesterday, I upgraded (and now pay an extra $20 month) to NBN100.
Tempted by the advertised "typical evening speeds of 85.65Mbps", I now get 53Mbps.
Added to this the frequent drop pouts lately, I'd like to know just what the hell someone has to do to get what is paid for?
