Get online support
I have the NBN 50 package, however I consistently get about 20-23 Mbps download, and I'm constantly getting dropouts. I have a wired connection. I have run a virus check, which has come out clean. I do not have multiple devices running simultaneously. I'm therefore only getting half of what I'm paying for. Here's my speedtest result from just a few minutes ago. Can someone please get me back up to about the promised 46 Mbps?
